Didn't you think it was based on what you could give? For a long time I thought tithing entailed giving out of what I received in my check (or my net pay). And, when I gave better than ten percent of my net, I thought I was doing something. You could not tell me I was not honoring God! I thought for sure I was showing my utmost appreciation for God by giving better than ten percent of my net income. Did you (do you) think the same way? Well, the record has been set straight!
